Sharing images from admin side

You can send images such as .GIF, .PNG, .JPEG/JPG, .BMP in any size from your Slack window to your leads and customers through your Slaask widget.
To do so, you just need to use Slack as you normally would to share any image with your team members.
Uploading images to Slack:
There are several easy ways to upload an image from your computer:
Drag and drop the file directly into your Slack window. Magic!
Copy and paste images directly into the message box. (Supported in the Mac desktop app and some browsers.)
Click the
next to the message box and add a file.
Once your image has been uploaded into your lead/customer Slack channel(s), your leads/customers will see it directly in your Slaask widget on their end. It is that simple.!
